“Learning in Public” means learning in context through discovery and exploration. It means making mistakes and making messes. It means aha moments that inspire.
Digital gardening requires attention to detail. It requires a tolerance to let things be and at the same time, a desire to make one’s “garden” pretty and beautiful. Nature rewards those who manicure and keep their gardens maintained with fruit.
Something to ask yourself: is your digital garden private in a greenhouse where nobody can see or watch you attend to your plants or is it out in the open where passers by can stop and admire the hard work you’ve put into it? what are the benefits of both approaches?
Another question to ask is “does this page spark joy?” 🤔
