I had absolutely no idea Netflix was managed so transparently! 🤯

What I loved about this book are all the real world examples he shares about the growth of Netflix - they read like war stories you want to learn from. The stories about adapting Netflix culture to other countries is very insightful & brings some light to some of my own experiences working in Europe and Asia.
While I would say the book is well summarized in his conclusion of the book (create a jazz ensemble, not a symphony!), I don't think one would quite appreciate the depth of the summary until he had broken down the 3 levels of expanding talent & candor & allowed actual stories to provide such vivid context as to what this journey entails and where it leads.
Highly recommend this book for anyone interested in organizational design & sustaining innovation.
