Remember when a UNIX directory of text files was all we needed? This tool gets back to basics & works on top of a local folder of Markdown files ๐ Works on Linux and do wish it would just edit plaintext files and if you happen to edit them and add Markdown, save them as .md files (so I feel itโs lacking a complete bridge from the ole days...)
I have overall mixed feelings about this tool despite the fact one of its core design principles is not to be part of the Vendor/data lock-in issue.
One of my biggest gripes is it feels awkward to type into the tool - in particular, embrace my love for information hiding & encapsulation. It lacks a sense of "flow" - it isn't "fun" to use (I think of how Apple and even Notion have mastered this art...)
