my top and bottom lines resemble the work I did around my Wellness Map (around 2013?) - difference being, it’s not the overall map, it’s where I have my focus

Top Lines

  1. Conscious dancing once a week (story of my higher power at work dancing in a church! Burning into Fusion)
  2. Off screens 24 hours week (Tech Shabbat, 24/6)

Bottom Lines

  1. meditate 15 min daily on wake
  2. go to sleep by 11p
  3. sleep at least 8 hours
  4. stop using phone immediately if wrists begin to hurts, take a short break & switch to my desktop
  5. if my eyes feel fatigued from excessive screen use, I take at least an hour break
